Changes in user mobility habits , driven by new work and personal dynamics after the pandemic, represent one of the main challenges for passenger road transport, which faces the need to continuously adapt its services to a transforming demand .
This was pointed out by Areli Cerezo, Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy at Mobility ADO , who explained that the ways of traveling have evolved, both in the reasons for travel and in the destinations chosen by passengers.
“After the pandemic, many users changed their habits of visiting their family, working, working from home, that is, today our destinations are different and our main challenge is to adapt to these changes that are also continuous in the markets,” he commented in an interview with T21.

Given this scenario, adapting products and services has become a priority for the company, which seeks to respond to different mobility needs, whether for work, family or tourism reasons.
Cerezo highlighted that one of the elements of ADO’s commercial strategy is to offer different classes of service and purchase channels , with the aim of serving the diverse user profiles and improving their travel experience.
He considered that the challenge is not limited to responding to current needs, but to maintaining an offer capable of adapting to constant changes in passenger behavior.
“Adapting our products and services to what the customer needs is, I believe, the main challenge we face today,” he pointed out.
In this context, mobility continues to be the core of the company’s strategy, seeking to facilitate travel and connect people with their destinations, in a market where travelers’ needs continue to evolve.
