PACCAR Mexico announced a change in its management team, stating that Luis Chi Ramos will assume the position of Director of Operations for Mexico. Chi previously served as Data Analytics Director.
In a statement shared by PACCAR, it was specified that the appointment was made by Alejandro Novoa, general director of PACCAR Mexico.
With a career spanning more than 21 years at PACCAR Mexico, Luis Chi holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from CETYS University , an MBA from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) , and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business at CETYS University.
Upon assuming this new responsibility, Chi will relocate to Mexico City and lead operations with the various chambers and associations of the transportation industry, as well as government relations.
This position was vacant after Javier Valadez left this position last June, which he had held since 2018.
