At just 24 years old, Kevin Manuel Salazar González has over seven years of experience in the transportation sector , where he has achieved a combination of work challenges with his professional training.
Kevin is a member of the fourth generation of the family dedicated to freight transport and currently participates in the management and growth of Fletes RGC (member of the Top 100 of Autotransport® ), a Mexican company with more than 50 years of experience in the logistics industry.
Kevin Salazar is one of the 21 careers recognized in the special “The 21 Young People of T21 2026” .
Today, as Operations Manager, while focused on the day-to-day operations of Fletes RGC, he has managed to work in various areas of the company, to promote diverse projects focused on technological innovation, operational efficiency, asset security, business development, marketing and strategy.
Regarding technology, Kevin has been involved in the implementation of advanced telemetry systems , artificial intelligence monitoring, and digitization processes that strengthen the safety and productivity of the operation.
Part of his professional career has been dedicated to the development of new business models and logistics solutions that allow for increased competitiveness in an increasingly globalized environment.
His growth within Fletes RGC was combined with his professional training , where he obtained a degree in business administration and management with an emphasis on supply chain management, teamwork, continuous improvement, among other elements.
Today, in his role within the family business, he has to leverage his experience within the organization when it’s time to be present with clients, and convince them that his views have the authority forged over the years he has been in the industry.
