As part of the celebration of the 421st anniversary of the founding of General Escobedo and as part of the bicentennial of the birth of national hero Mariano Escobedo, the “Captain José de Treviño” medal was awarded to Escobedo residents who have distinguished themselves in various professional and humanitarian fields.
Mayor Andrés Mijes presented the “Captain José de Treviño” medal to five citizens who, from their positions, have proven themselves to be true “northern transformers” and whose actions have brought about positive change in their communities.
One of the awardees was Trayecto ( number 1 in the Top 100 of Autotransporte® ), and it was Jorge Casares, general director of this consortium who received the medal, “in the Independent Professions category, this medal was given to Jorge Casares López, director of the company Trayecto, for working hand in hand with Escobedo and enhancing productive dynamism, helping to turn the City into the Capital of Transformation for all of Nuevo León,” stated the municipal government statement.

In addition to these activities, Trayecto has actively contributed to community development, strengthening the social fabric through initiatives that promote job inclusion , the professionalization of operators through the University of Auto Transport (UDAT) , and improving the quality of life for their families.
“We once again thank Jorge Casares for his great example and leadership in our company, and we thank the Escobedo municipal government for honoring us with this recognition,” Trayecto added in its social media post.
