Over the last three years, freight transportation has maintained a growth rate of 3.34% in tons transported and 3.28% in ton-kilometers, according to figures from the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT) .
In September 2023, Zinergia was formed ( No. 7 in the Top 100 of Autotransporte® ), the holding company where the various companies that made up the then Nor y Caribe Group (with a history of more than 50 years) were integrated, and which in the last 12 months has allowed a better positioning in the market, under a corporate structure that has had constant progress, including a growth of 25% in the last year.
According to SICT statistics, large companies have been consolidating their presence in the market, based on records from last May (the most recent) they have the highest participation in recent years , with 0.67% of the total registered economic units.
The results obtained by Zinergia, such as growth over the last year, “have been the result of greater efficiency from the integration we now have, which is combined with customer satisfaction and sustained growth,” highlights Luis Cavazos, co-president of Zinergia.
Consolidation under the Zinergia brand has enabled it to offer the market a range of diversified transport services, covering both general and specialised cargo services, and thus its infrastructure has been configured.
Zinergia is currently made up of five transport companies and one leasing company, which gives them a fleet of more than 1,100 tractor-trailers and more than 7,500 towing equipment, which includes a diversified portfolio to serve multiple industries such as automotive, steel, consumer goods, e-commerce, food, among others.

Since the launch of the Zinergia corporate, the message to all stakeholders has been overwhelming: “First of all, we offer the market an institutionalized company with a strategic vision to prevail in the market and meet its logistical needs in the present and future, but also with an investment capacity that allows us to attend to all types of projects to consolidate sustainable commercial relations,” describes Luis Morales, executive director of Zinergia.
