In Mexico, most traffic accidents could be avoided: they are the result of risks that went undetected. MAS Seguros and Numaris have formed an alliance that aims to change this , using data from connected vehicles to anticipate risks, prevent accidents, and react quickly when they occur.
Customers will be able to purchase their insurance policy and monitoring devices as a single service . Together, they will be able to develop prevention strategies and have better leverage to negotiate their coverage.
Lorena Ruiz, director of the insurance vertical at Numaris, and Juan Quartino, general manager of MAS Seguros, agree that protecting a fleet begins with daily operations : monitoring, anticipating, and preventing.
MAS Seguros advises each client on choosing the right coverage, gives them access to various insurers with competitive terms, and supports them before, during, and after each claim. Their personalized service includes a dedicated advisor for each client, a nationwide legal network of over 180 lawyers, a 24/7 claims call center , road safety programs with training for drivers and middle management, claims monitoring, and on-site consulting visits.
Numaris provides real-time location and monitoring, with visibility and control over every unit. Its technology prevents risks with timely alerts and information , speeds up response to thefts or emergencies, facilitates unit recovery, and offers data for safer operations.
In this way, Numaris reduces the likelihood of an incident and helps recover the vehicle in case of theft; MÁS Seguros covers the loss and handles the entire process . Thus, the client is protected at four key stages: prevention, visibility, response, and support.

The agreement was signed in September 2026 and contemplates a gradual rollout among the clients of both companies in Mexico.
“ The technology our clients already have installed can do much more than locate a vehicle: it can anticipate loss. This alliance allows us to bring that capability closer and work together with those who can impact the terms of our clients’ policies,” commented Lorena Ruiz.
“It’s the perfect combination: Numaris’s technology in asset and mechanical security, plus the expertise of Mexico’s largest specialized broker in heavy equipment. It’s a winning combination to protect our clients from all the risks that can occur on the road,” Juan Quartino reiterated.
