Zuru Max, more than just insurance, is a digital ecosystem for logistics protection , which integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI), permanent monitoring, reaction protocols, and links with authorities, all in an agile platform accessible from any mobile device.
“Today, we don’t just issue policies; we’re involved in active prevention. We determine risk routes, analyze operator behavior, monitor units, and liaise with authorities to recover assets and protect the operator’s safety,” explained Gianmarco Scarsi , CEO and founder of Zuru Logistics.

He added that today they have more than 500 response points throughout Mexico and have achieved a recovery rate of up to 95% for events attended to promptly.

With a national presence and more than 10,000 business partners, the insurer experienced 24% growth in the first half of 2025, reaching 7.4 billion pesos (mdp) in premiums.

Zuru Max powered by AI27 also plans to incorporate specific coverage for operators in the short term , recognizing their central role in the logistics chain.
Since its implementation, Zuru Max has insured more than 600 million pesosin merchandise without registering any losses , thanks to its preventive approach and technological deployment.
Furthermore, the solution is capturing a previously underserved market, one that previously couldn’t access insurance or paid high costs for traditional custody.
“We’re capturing a new market with this flexible, digital solution. Nearly 40% of our current users come from traditional insurance plans. Today, we can offer them coverage, risk analysis, monitoring, and recovery in a single platform,” said Gianmarco Scarsi .
