Gruver Camiones heads the specialized network of Daimler Truck Mexico , the new business model will be 100% focused on the distribution and specialized service of the Freightliner 360 family and the Mercedes-Benz LO 916 chassis.
The Veracruz distributor will focus on offering comprehensive transportation solutions specialized in the aforementioned models. The brand explained that this strategy marks a new standard in customer service.
“This inauguration reinforces our commitment to innovation and excellence in customer service. The new specialized distributor in Veracruz establishes a unique business model that allows Daimler Truck Mexico to be even closer to its customers in these segments,” said Jorge Vargas, Director of Market Development and Product Portfolio at Daimler Truck Mexico.
Vargas added that the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) goal is to continue promoting safer, more comfortable and sustainable transportation solutions that meet market expectations.
“This specialized distributor is a step forward in our commitment to offer personalized and close attention to our customers . We have a team of experts who understand the needs of each user, providing solutions tailored to their requirements,” said Alejandro Gómez, Director of Operations at Gruver.
The new distributor has a constructed area of 1,281 square meters and is part of one of the most important dealer groups in the country, Gruver Camiones, which has more than 55 years of experience.
Daimler Truck Mexico said the opening of the specialized distributor responds to the specific needs of customers in the urban segment, focusing on offering a dedicated sales and after-sales service , superior technicians, spare parts sales, warranties and credit options.
