This year, the Daimler Truck Group aims to recertify 30% of its dealership network, with the goal of achieving 100% coverage by 2025, as part of the first phase of its transformation strategy.
Velocity Mexicali and Camiones Rivera Puebla have been the first dealerships to receive this distinction, demonstrating their commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
To achieve this certification, dealerships must exceed customer expectations by strengthening their sales, service, and parts supply processes.
Marcela Barreiro, President and CEO of Daimler Truck Mexico, expressed satisfaction with the dealership network’s commitment to the vision of a future network.
