With 21 years of experience reached last August, XCF is a company that took shape due to the participation of its founders in the consolidated transport market , having been in the firm CF (Consolidated Freightways), which left the market in 2002.
Today, with more than two decades in the market, XCF has managed to consolidate its presence based on the LTL (Less Than Truck Load) or consolidated cargo model, where it maintains a focus on service and meeting the quality standards of its customers.
In the framework of the celebration of the 21st anniversary, Nazario González, general director of XCF, emphasized the vision of generating value for the businesses of its clients, for which they have various market differentiators, such as having double operators on routes of more than 600 kilometers, where there is also 24-hour monitoring and various tools focused on guaranteeing road and property safety.
“XCF was born with a clear vision of connecting Mexico with efficiency and reliability. We have grown with determination from our first steps. Today we have 30 service centers and five virtual ones, strategically located throughout the country,” described Ricardo Alonso, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Currently, XCF carries out more than 300,000 delivery and collection services per year, in 28,000 circuits, with a fleet of more than 600 units, both highway, last mile and towing , in which a team of more than a thousand collaborators participate.
As for service points, San Luis Potosí has grown to more than three times its original size, and will be an alternative for the operation of goods in the Bajío area. This point will begin operating in January 2025.
Among other projects, Nazario González announced that they will be strengthening their global vision, with door-to-door services with the North and Central American region , for import and export activities from Panama to Canada.
To continue boosting service levels, XCF will invest more in technology, where the goal is to become the best option for total cost of service, “what we want is to generate added value for our clients, we are convinced that we have the expertise and we can overcome obstacles with technology,” added González.
In this same area, Ricardo Alonso emphasized to his clients the vision he imposes on XCF: “Today, much of my time is spent in the future, not in the present. I have to be aware of the projects to be developed.”
