On February 11, 2022, Traslados y Almacenes el Águila (Tyaasa) began its journey and with it began the history of this company, which is the undertaking of a third generation that is involved with auto transport , these are the brothers Alain, Paola and Juan Pablo Cavazos Cavazos.
These first three years of Tyaasa have not only resulted in the professional growth of the Cavazos Cavazos brothers, but also in the advancement of the motor fleet that already reaches 60 tractor trucks, while they have also diversified their trailer fleet, adding dry boxes, platforms and curtainsiders.
“We have been advancing in the market with a service standard with the 53-foot box, and that is why we are venturing into 40-foot flatbeds and curtains. For now, our goal is to grow in the market segments in which we participate,” Alain Cavazos, general manager of Tyaasa, described to T21.
Tyaasa’s market presence is concentrated in the beverage, steel, retail , electronics and automotive segments , with domestic, semi-dedicated and dedicated service with national coverage.
Tyaasa is part of Zinergia (number 8 in the Top 100 of Autotransporte® ), and although it maintains commercial independence, it takes advantage of the infrastructure of terminals and yards to provide coverage at a national level.
By 2025, Tyaasa plans to incorporate between 10 and 15 new units , which will serve to grow the fleet, but also to renew the current vehicle fleet, in order to maintain a young fleet.
Recently, Alain Cavazos shared with T21 the launch of Moose Transfers , a new company focused on temperature-controlled transportation, with which they are entering a new market.
“Although we do not have a shared client at the moment, the goal is to eventually cross-sell between Moose and Tyaasa, offering more alternatives to our customers,” said Alain Cavazos.
