“That we all take on this role of giving something back to society and that together we can improve the future of the country,” was one of the reflections that Alejandra Méndez, director of the TRAXION Foundation , shared with T21 during the presentation of the 2025 Annual Report: AXION with Purpose .
According to the document, the foundation’s work impacted 565,697 people in 2025, representing an increase of more than 50% compared to 2024 .
“This was achieved thanks to the processes and institutionalization that we as a foundation have built, but also to the support of allies, other companies and public institutions that have believed in Fundación TRAXION and have helped us to generate a tangible impact,” Méndez highlighted.
Since its creation in 2020, the foundation has benefited more than 2.2 million Mexicans. Its strategy is structured around three pillars that enable it to transform realities in vulnerable communities .
In education, the En Ruta por la Educación program awarded more than five thousand basic level certifications, while SuperaT granted 1,163 scholarships for high school and technological training.
In its socially conscious transportation program, TRAXION’s infrastructure was put at the service of society. During 2025, 35,000 people were transported in solidarity initiatives, and more than 700 tons of humanitarian aid were mobilized in emergency situations.
Throughout 2025, 3,839 employees participated in community and environmental actions , consolidating the human commitment behind each project.
“Beyond the numbers, we are talking about transformed trajectories and people who now have better tools to boost their social mobility. Each number reflects a real story of effort and overcoming adversity,” Méndez emphasized.
During the event, awards were presented to foundation partners, including the National Institute for Adult Education (INEA) , the Dr. Simi Foundation , and others. Méndez also emphasized the importance of transparency within the foundation .
“ We’ve been preparing this report for a few months, seeking to document and make transparent everything the foundation does as an institution for the development and impact in the country. I think it was very well received today. I was very pleased to have so many allies here who were able to join us, to whom we are accountable, as well as many directors of attraction, with companies that support us ,” he emphasized.
This year, the TRAXION Foundation plans a significant expansion of its ” On the Road for Education” program , increasing its fleet from eight to twelve mobile units. The goal is to ensure that “no one is left behind” and that more people join this movement, which aims to provide society with the tools to improve the country’s future.
Alejandra Méndez shared with T21 the ways to contact the foundation for those who require support in transporting people or cargo.
“Our main channel is the website , where there are forms to request support. We verify that the request comes from a social institution that benefits a cause, and then we mobilize our units to provide support,” he concluded.
