The freight transport industry is immersed in a dynamic that requires high efficiency and productivity , along with providing safer activities that guarantee compliance with service standards, but which converges with a sustainable approach, providing visibility to users and being reliable in delivery.
At Fletes RGC ( a member of the Top 100 Trucking Companies® ) , technological adoption is fundamental to achieving sustained growth . Therefore, the company has focused on strengthening and professionalizing its drivers through initiatives aimed at improving their safety, efficiency, and service quality. Fletes RGC has been improving these processes for over six years.

This process, which was strengthened in 2025, was immersed in an increase in operators, which, while allowing for operational capacity, also translated into challenges in aligning certification processes and personalized and digital training, focused on road safety, accident prevention and operational performance, says Kevin Salazar, Operations Manager of Fletes RGC.
A crucial point is asset security, where the focus is on prioritizing the life of the operator , as well as the assets of the company and its clients; for this purpose, this section was reinforced with the incorporation of artificial intelligence, training and operational protocols.
“It allowed us to identify the driver’s behavior in real time and alert to risky situations such as fatigue, distraction or cell phone use, as well as live alerts about unauthorized stops, interrupted signal and possible jammer, which triggers theft protocols,” Salazar points out.
In support of technological adoption, Fletes RGC has been strengthening its logistics and monitoring areas , seeking to optimize control and operational efficiency. This results in faster responses to incidents and better resource management.
Technological adoption is a point of no return for Fletes RGC. In 2025, they covered 32.4 million kilometers, equivalent to circling the globe 809 times , all while achieving logistical efficiencies for their clients.
Their culture is based on high investment in technology, constantly trained staff, and campaigns focused on continuous improvement , explains Kevin Salazar.
