Swedish automaker Scania Mexico was recognized as a Top Employer 2025 , a distinction awarded by the Top Employers Institute that evaluates and certifies organizations with high standards in their labor practices.

The recognition is based on an audit that examines areas such as professional development, corporate culture and working conditions. According to the official statement, Scania Mexico excelled in several of these criteria, such as its focus on employee well-being and its continuous training system .

“Scania is a people-focused company. Each decision is made with each employee in mind, seeking the well-being and development of all those who are part of this great team,” according to Alejandro Mondragón, CEO and general director of Scania Mexico.

The Top Employers Institute , responsible for the certification, carries out an annual evaluation process that includes organizations from different sectors at a global level.

Mondragón also mentioned that this achievement is the result of the joint commitment of the work teams and an organizational culture focused on people .
