Gabriela Ramírez Díaz has built her career in one of the most demanding areas of logistics: connecting business opportunities with operations capable of sustaining them. During her 12 years in foreign trade, maritime transport, and business development, she has learned that growth is not just about selling more, but about designing solutions that truly meet the customer’s needs.

Her career began in Customer Service and Pricing for an NVOCC, where she gained expertise in operations, market analysis, negotiation, and customer service. This foundation allowed her to advance to commercial responsibilities and take on new business development for a global shipping company.

During that period, he identified an opportunity to expand the offering beyond traditional maritime service and spearheaded the creation of the intermodal services division . This initiative enabled the integration of broader solutions and strengthened the value proposition for clients demanding more connected logistics.

He later participated in the implementation and commercial development of new shipping lines in Mexico. The project involved lines such as VASI Shipping, Transfar Shipping, SeaLead Shipping, BAL Container Line, and A&T Shipping Line, and enabled the movement of more than 25,000 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) in a single year. He also collaborated on specialized operations for the automotive industry with COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers, transporting vehicles using frame equipment.

Now, at Tierramaraire as Integrated Services Manager, he leads a unit focused on project management, integrating sales, operations, and administration. Under his leadership, the team has experienced growth exceeding 40%, a result of a strategy centered on new projects , internal coordination, and long-term relationships.

Her profile combines business acumen, operational knowledge, and the ability to build results-oriented teams. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Senior Management , which will strengthen her skills in leadership, strategy, and decision-making.

For Gabriela, a member of the T21 2026 group of 21 young people , logistics is not just about moving goods. It’s about the ability to identify an opportunity, turn it into a solution, and execute it with discipline to generate sustainable value.
