<p data-start="687" data-end="1093"><span dir="auto">The process brought together more than </span><strong><span dir="auto">124 technicians from different regions of the country</span></strong><span dir="auto"> , who participated in theoretical evaluations and specialized training through the brand&#8217;s </span><em><span dir="auto">i-learning</span></em><span dir="auto"> platform . From that group, 12 finalists reached the national stage held at the Isuzu Training Center, located at the SKD plant in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico.</span></p>

<p><span>The Tamez family, represented by a new generation of managers, were responsible, together with the governing body, for </span><strong><span>outlining Difrenosa&#8217;s current proposal, not only for the </span></strong><a href="https://autobusesmercedesbenz.com.mx/"><span>Mercedes-Benz</span></a><span> and </span><a href="https://freightliner.com.mx/"><span>Freightliner</span></a><span> product portfolio .</span></p>
<p><span>Juan Esteban Corzo, general manager of Difrenosa, outlined the company&#8217;s presence and service focus nationwide, particularly in the northeast region. They now have a direct presence in </span><strong><span>Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, Coahuila, and Torreón.</span></strong></p>

<p><span>Difrenosa currently has </span><strong><span>110 consignment inventories</span></strong><span> , eight points with in-house mobile workshops of which there are </span><strong><span>40 mobile in-house parts, 15 mobile in-house services and 15 road rescue units</span></strong><span> .</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span>In front of clients who took the opportunity to participate in this event organized by Difrenosa, Jaime Tamez González, New Business Development Manager, described how Difrenosa, as part of Grupo Tracto, has focused on customer satisfaction and that passion is the driving force behind innovation.</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span>These foundations are what allow Difrenosa to maintain dynamic growth today, and the figures make this evident, where in 2022 they had a total service area of ​​70 thousand square meters (m2) </span><strong><span>, and in 2024 it reached 125 thousand m2.</span></strong></p>
<p><span>The same growth was seen in service bays, which had 85 in 2022, </span><strong><span>while by 2024 they had already reached 200 bays.</span></strong><span> The same dynamic was evident with the number of employees, who at the end of last year reached 690, up from 360 in 2022.</span></p>
<p><span>Juan Esteban Corzo also highlighted the training issue, which </span><strong><span>closed 2024 with 43,692 hours taught,</span></strong><span> which represented an increase of more than 180% compared to 2022, and even, in the case of the Allende workshop with the help of Conalep, today there is a dual program where out of five days of classes, internal combustion students take it at the Difrenosa facilities.</span></p>
