Racing Cargo took a strategic step in its international expansion plan with the opening of a new office in New Delhi, India , a market the company identifies as one of the most dynamic and crucial hubs for global logistics in the coming years. This move reflects a long-term vision focused on supporting its clients in regions where operational complexity and growth go hand in hand. 

For Eduardo Haros, CEO of Racing Cargo, India is no longer just an emerging market, but a structural hub in the global supply chain , driven by its manufacturing capacity, its weight in services, and the dynamism of sectors such as technology, automotive, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals. “Customers need a reliable partner in a fast-moving, large-scale market, and that’s where Racing Cargo wants to be,” he stated. 

The new office will operate with the same service portfolio that distinguishes the company internationally: air, sea, and land freight, special projects, and  time-critical solutions , with the goal of offering a consistent experience regardless of the country of operation. This strategy relies on standardized processes, proprietary technology, and a focus on faster, safer, and more transparent solutions, particularly in light of the sustained growth of air freight to and from Asia. 

The New Delhi office will begin operations with a local team, supported by training and operational support from Mexico,  as well as on-site assistance from key personnel, under a short-term arrangement to ensure the adoption of  corporate standards.  In terms of logistics corridors, the operation will prioritize routes connecting India with Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Italy, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil—key regions for high-value industries. 

Haros acknowledged that operating in India presents challenges related to variable infrastructure and complex regulatory frameworks, but emphasized that operational discipline will be the key differentiator . “Quality is non-negotiable,” he asserted. For clients, this expansion represents greater reach, improved response times, and a local presence in a strategic market, as well as the opportunity to replicate solutions developed in India in other countries, including Mexico. 

With this opening, Racing Cargo adds India to a network that already includes Mexico, the United States, Brazil, Italy, Germany, and Hong Kong, with the goal of achieving a positive balance by the end of 2026. “We are where our customers need us, and we will continue building solutions that connect industries worldwide, while maintaining our core values ,” the CEO concluded.

FLOTAS chose to inaugurate its new facilities not merely as a real estate move, but as a declaration of intent: to become a more robust, visible, and competitive player in a market where fleet management has ceased to be a peripheral service and has become a strategic pillar . After 32 years building a reputation in vehicle safety and operational management, the company understands that its growth no longer depends solely on accumulated experience, but also on its ability to generate knowledge, process data, and anticipate its clients’ needs. 

Christian Bárcenas, general manager of FLOTAS , clearly summarizes the scope of the new physical space by highlighting that it represents a cultural and operational change .

“Having this structure allows us to think ahead, to always be at the forefront of what our clients are asking of us,” he said in an interview.

His interpretation is accurate: the industry is at a turning point where efficiency is no longer guaranteed by more staff or more vehicles, but by applied intelligence and service models that truly prioritize the customer. “Our business is based on service. Bárcenas emphasizes that the facilities must function as a space where “the entire human factor… can fully develop,” connecting physical infrastructure with a business vision. 

Francisco Abascal, Innovation Leader, explained that the platform aims to eliminate the “information silos” that have historically hampered the operations of carriers, lessors, and managers . Connecting telematics systems, ERP, fuel cards, and cameras is just the starting point: the real value lies in transforming scattered information into a clear and actionable narrative. The company defines this capability as an “operational chameleon,” a solution that adapts to each client’s specific operations and allows them to identify root causes, correct deviations, and anticipate failures.

The technological promise is enhanced by a governance-driven approach to Artificial Intelligence, which prioritizes data reliability and avoids “hallucinations”—a crucial message in a time when many digital solutions offer speed without precision. Dahub adds a differentiating element: it was designed by Mexican talent with in-depth knowledge of local needs, a component often lacking in imported products .
