<p><span dir="auto">In the first quarter of 2026 (1Q26), </span><a href="https://traxion.global/es/"><span dir="auto">TRAXION</span></a><span dir="auto"> released its quarterly results, </span><strong><span dir="auto">which showed a mixed performance between consolidated revenues and EBITDA.</span></strong></p>
<blockquote><p><span dir="auto">In Q1 2026, consolidated revenues reached 9.062 billion pesos (mdp), representing a 24.5% increase compared to the same quarter of 2025. This performance was once again driven by the Logistics and Technology segment, which accounted for almost half of total revenues, &#8220;primarily as a result of the integration of Solistica&#8217;s operations,&#8221; explained Aby Lijtszain, co-founder and CEO of TRAXION.</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span dir="auto">Meanwhile, the quarterly report stated that </span><strong><span dir="auto">EBITDA achieved in the period totaled 1,242 million pesos,</span></strong><span dir="auto"> representing a contraction of 7.5% when compared to Q1 2025.</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span dir="auto">“Last year was very challenging, marked by widespread uncertainty that caused significant disruptions across various industries and significantly impacted the operations of several of our clients. This resulted in intermittent levels of demand for our services, which negatively affected the overall pricing structure in the transportation sector,” Lijtszain added.</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span dir="auto">From the executive&#8217;s perspective, </span><strong><span dir="auto">2026 is shaping up to be a challenging year in macroeconomic and geopolitical terms,</span></strong><span dir="auto"> with possible impacts on operating volume and pressure on the price structure, in addition to a temporary increase in energy prices.</span></p>
<p><span dir="auto">“Therefore, we have decided to proceed cautiously and take a series of actions that will help us prioritize the Company’s results. </span><strong><span dir="auto">These include a reduction of approximately 500 million pesos in CapEx</span></strong><span dir="auto"> ; a complete reorganization of the freight mobility division, which includes reducing a percentage of the less profitable fleet; as well as a reconfiguration of the administrative, operational, and commercial support areas,” added Aby Lijtszain.</span></p>
<p><strong><span dir="auto">CapEx reached 594 million pesos in Q1 2026,</span></strong><span dir="auto"> in line with the company&#8217;s investment plan.</span></p>
<p><span dir="auto">Meanwhile, the </span><strong><span dir="auto">net debt to EBITDA ratio stood at 2.46x in Q1 2026.</span></strong></p>
<p><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-673556 size-full" src="https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion1.jpg" sizes="(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px" srcset="https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion1.jpg 980w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion1-300x182.jpg 300w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion1-768x465.jpg 768w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion1-600x363.jpg 600w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion1-150x91.jpg 150w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion1-750x454.jpg 750w" alt="" width="980" height="593" data-pin-no-hover="true" /></p>
<h4><span dir="auto">Behavior by segments</span></h4>
<p><span dir="auto">With Solistica now integrated into the </span><strong><span dir="auto">Logistics and Transportation division, its revenues in Q1 2026 reached 4,454 million pesos,</span></strong><span dir="auto"> representing an increase of 73.9% compared to the same period in 2025.</span></p>
<p><span dir="auto">In the case of Freight Mobility, Aby Lijtszain explained to investors that the effects in this market have generated disruptions that </span><strong><span dir="auto">have impacted financial results and net profit.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span dir="auto">Total freight mobility revenues reached 1.86 billion pesos in Q1 2026,</span></strong><span dir="auto"> representing a 9.2% contraction compared to the previous quarter.</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span dir="auto">Given this situation, Aby Lijtszain anticipated that they are considering a plan to reduce the least profitable assets in the cargo mobility segment, “we anticipate that it could reach up to 25% of the fleet, which will contribute to reducing the cost base and expenses of these units, and whose adjustment would have a positive effect going forward.</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span dir="auto">Similarly, this action will generate a business opportunity, as we will seek to transfer the clients associated </span><strong><span dir="auto">with that portion of the fleet to operate their volumes through TRAXPORTA,</span></strong><span dir="auto"> supporting the Company&#8217;s strategy to expand asset-light operations.”</span></p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-673554 size-full" src="https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion2.jpg" sizes="(max-width: 792px) 100vw, 792px" srcset="https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion2.jpg 792w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion2-300x219.jpg 300w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion2-768x561.jpg 768w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion2-600x439.jpg 600w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion2-150x110.jpg 150w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion2-750x548.jpg 750w" alt="" width="792" height="579" data-pin-no-hover="true" /></p>
<p><span dir="auto">Finally, the People Mobility division </span><strong><span dir="auto">stood at 2,748 million pesos,</span></strong><span dir="auto"> which represented an increase of just 3%, which meant a share of 25% of TRAXION&#8217;s total revenue.</span></p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-673555 size-full" src="https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion3.jpg" sizes="(max-width: 916px) 100vw, 916px" srcset="https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion3.jpg 916w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion3-300x198.jpg 300w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion3-768x506.jpg 768w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion3-600x396.jpg 600w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion3-150x99.jpg 150w, https://t21.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/260427_traxion3-750x495.jpg 750w" alt="" width="916" height="604" data-pin-no-hover="true" /></p>
