According to the most recent data from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) , average logistics costs in its member countries represent 8% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), in contrast, in Mexico it ranges between 15 and 20 percent .

With a focus on productivity, ExxonMobil launched the first edition of Fleet Boost in Querétaro , an experience for its transport clients where they could learn about various elements such as the challenges of the industry, the focus on productivity , a vision of road safety , the trends of the sector and the importance of generating strategic partners .

“Through these meetings, the company seeks to demonstrate how a comprehensive lubrication strategy, supported by data analysis, can translate into concrete improvements for key business indicators,” shared ExxonMobil.

The first edition of Fleet Boss featured Laura Elena Peña, Purchasing Manager of Gas Imperial , who shared the customer’s vision ; Alejandro Osorio Carranza, Director of Public Affairs and Communication of the National Association of Bus, Truck and Tractor-Trailer Manufacturers (ANPACT) , who contributed the industry perspective and structural challenges ; while Allan Peña, General Manager of Lubricantes Industriales Abamex , showed the role that strategic partners must assume .

“The commercial transportation sector faces the constant challenge of operating with greater precision and efficiency. At ExxonMobil, we understand that responding to this challenge requires combining high-quality products with technical expertise and specialized support,” said Reynaldo Méndez, fleet program manager for Lubricants at ExxonMobil.

During the discussion, Laura Elena Peña explained how Mobil’s integrated solutions have helped transform Gas Imperial’s operations. Among the benefits achieved, she highlighted the extended lifespan of equipment, a result of a strategy based on high-performance lubrication and data analysis. Her experience demonstrated how this combination can generate tangible value for daily operations .

Fleet Boost is part of ExxonMobil’s ecosystem of solutions for commercial transportation, designed to help operators align efficiency, profitability, and sustainability goals. This portfolio includes Mobil Lubricant Analysis , a predictive analytics platform; Mobil Delvac , the line of high-performance lubricants; and Mobil Diesel UBA fuel .

The discussion allowed fleet directors, maintenance managers, and purchasing managers to learn how this comprehensive approach contributes to improving productivity, profitability , and the achievement of their sustainability goals.
