Fultra, a business group that brings together several business units such as East Manufacturing , Fruehauf , Amparts-Promare and Sierra Norte , announced the creation of a new commercial development area, called One Fultra, which will focus on offering comprehensive solutions that contribute to the success of transporters, the company reported in a statement.

In this regard, he indicated that Leandro Radomile , who served as general director of Fruehauf Mexico, assumed the management of One Fultra on November 1 .

“Radomile, with its extensive experience in the sector and knowledge of customer needs, will be the leader of this new area focused on integrating products and services from the different companies that make up the Fultra Group,” the company said.

Meanwhile, Miguel Martínez Treviño , who was serving as director of Tráileres México, will take over as general manager of Fruehauf México, consolidating both positions.

“Miguel will be responsible for manufacturing, commercial operations and after-sales for Fruehauf Mexico, maintaining the commitment to provide trailer solutions designed to last,” according to Martínez Treviño’s experience.

Regarding the new responsibilities, the company said that both executives will report to Fultra’s general management.

“Our vision is to be the best partner for the carrier and we are convinced that with the talent and leadership of Miguel and Leandro we will strengthen our ability to contribute to the success of our clients,” said Jorge Martínez Madero, CEO of Fultra.

It is worth recalling that last March, Fultra appointed Dave Kinsley as its Chief Procurement Officer (CPO). At that time, the company indicated that Kinsley would focus on aligning the business objectives of Fultra and all of its business units , including East, Fruehauf, Amparts-Promare and Sierra Norte.

At the Expo Proveedores in Monterrey, Nuevo León, trailer manufacturer Fruehauf introduced its latest product, a 57-foot trailer that offers the same benefits as its 2.0 model.

The 57-foot trailer is constructed with composite materials, featuring a two-position sliding skate frame, screwable and supported on six bridges, equipped with Fruehauf Jost H450 skates, a Transtex top kit, Michelin tires, and Ampro aluminum rims.

“Nuevo León is one of the strongest states in terms of the transportation industry, accounting for 25% of the total market share of registered units last year according to data from the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transportation (SICT),” commented Fruehauf CEO Leandro Radomile, explaining the reason for the product launch in this region.

Regarding the 57-foot trailer, it is equipped with a Vantraax sliding suspension with ZMD technology. ZMD technology is a patented zero-maintenance damping system that eliminates the need for an external component such as a shock absorber. Instead, the damping function of the suspension has been incorporated into the air chambers of the suspension. The unique design of the ZMD exclusive air chamber offers an all-in-one suspension damping and trailer isolation package without adding additional components to the air chamber.

With such equipment, maintenance costs for shock absorbers are reduced, tire lifespan is extended, driving quality is enhanced, and cargo protection is improved.

“As part of our commitment to Mexican transporters, we aim to offer high-quality products with durable, innovative components, such as Hendrickson’s patented ZMD system, which represents a significant reduction in maintenance costs and increased unit uptime,” added Radomile.

From Fruehauf’s Commercial Director Rodrigo Arcos’s perspective, “We work closely with suppliers who can offer not only quality components but are also constantly innovating, a value we share with them since the dry van line has seen many improvements in recent years culminating in the well-known 2.0 dry van.”
