<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span dir="auto">Amid a favorable context for industrial investment in Mexico driven by </span><em><span dir="auto">nearshoring</span></em><span dir="auto"> , </span><a href="https://www.finsa.net/"><span dir="auto">FINSA</span></a><span dir="auto"> announced changes in its leadership structure with the appointment of </span><strong><span dir="auto">Rocío Palafox</span></strong><span dir="auto"> as its new CEO, a position she will assume on June 1st.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span dir="auto">The decision is part of a </span><strong><span dir="auto">planned institutional transition within the company</span></strong><span dir="auto"> , aimed at strengthening its corporate governance model and continuing its growth strategy in the industrial real estate sector, according to a statement.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span dir="auto">As part of this restructuring, </span><strong><span dir="auto">Sergio Argüelles</span></strong><span dir="auto"> will continue to be involved in the firm&#8217;s leadership as executive chairman and chairman of the board, where he will focus his participation on the long-term strategic vision, institutional relations and the evolution of the business model.</span></span></p>

The firm stated that his leadership </span><strong><span dir="auto">will focus on strengthening financial discipline, operational efficiency, and the integration of sustainability criteria</span></strong><span dir="auto"> .</span></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span dir="auto">Palafox has over three decades of experience in financial leadership and has held positions at organizations such as IDB Invest, as well as GE and GE Capital. At FINSA, he has been involved in relationships with financial institutions and investors, and in capital raising processes.</span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><span dir="auto">With this move, FINSA seeks to consolidate its position as a developer and operator of industrial infrastructure in Mexico, in a segment marked by a growing demand for spaces linked to foreign trade, manufacturing and </span><strong><span dir="auto">supply chains</span></strong><span dir="auto"> .</span></span></p>
