Recognizing the importance of data security, 58% of organizations using AI or planning to implement it in the next one to two years are prioritizing data protection and privacy measures.

In terms of readiness for AI regulatory frameworks, Mexico is one of the top three countries surveyed reporting the highest levels of readiness in terms of privacy and data protection (85%), along with the United States (87%) and Canada (82%), although Europe is not far behind.
