<p><span>The vehicle that Chevrolet recently delivered to the family-owned stationery distribution company is part of </span><a href="https://www.gm.com.mx/es/home.html/"><span>General Motors de México (GM de México)</span></a><span> &#8216;s commitment to boost the electromobility strategies of its business customers in the country.</span></p>
<p><strong><span>Lealgil delivers an average of 35 orders per day</span></strong><span> , which will improve the company&#8217;s emissions by using zero-emission vehicles.</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span>&#8220;We are delighted to be Lealgil&#8217;s partner in its transition to 100 percent electric mobility. With the acquisition of this vehicle, they will be able to optimize their operations and strengthen their efforts to protect the environment,&#8221; said Adrián Enciso, Director of Electric Vehicles at GM Mexico.</span></p></blockquote>

<p><span>The Chevrolet BrightDrop 400 and 600 electric vans are powered by GM&#8217;s Modular Electric Vehicle Battery Platform. </span><strong><span>They offer a range of up to 275 miles on a full charge and can recharge up to 28 miles in 10 minutes using a Level 3 charger</span></strong><span> . They also feature available front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, as well as One-Pedal Driving regenerative braking.</span></p>
<p><span>They are designed to facilitate and optimize the driver&#8217;s work by providing access to the cargo area from the cab and featuring sliding front doors, a rear access curtain, low-height steps, grab handles, and air conditioning.</span></p>
<p><strong><span>The 400 model offers up to 11.7 m3 of cargo space, while the 600 version offers up to 17.4 m3,</span></strong><span> and they can carry from 1.1 to 1.6 tons, depending on the configuration customers choose.</span></p>

<p><span>BrightDrop commercial vans feature advanced safety features, including five airbags and more than 20 active safety and driver-assist features, including automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, front and rear proximity sensors, forward collision warning, lane departure assist, a 360-degree camera, hill start assist, adaptive cruise control, Stabilitrak® stability control, and electronic traction control.</span></p>
<p><span>Benefits included with the purchase of BrightDrop vans include:</span></p>

<p><a href="https://www.gm.com.mx/es/home.html/"><span>General Motors (GM)</span></a><span> announced Thursday the integration of its BrightDrop 400 and 600 commercial vans into the </span><a href="https://www.chevrolet.com.mx/"><span>Chevrolet</span></a><span> brand , in order to </span><strong><span>strengthen its electric vehicle portfolio</span></strong><span> .</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span>“By adding BrightDrop to the Chevrolet portfolio, we are combining the advanced technology of these electric vehicles with the reliability and affordability that Chevrolet offers,” said Scott Bell, vice president of Chevrolet.</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span>With a </span><strong><span>range of 437 kilometers on a full charge</span></strong><span> , both units are equipped with sliding front doors, a rear door with curtain opening and access to the cargo area from the cabin. In addition, they have a 360° vision camera, emergency braking assistance, front and rear proximity sensors, among other features.</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span>“Chevrolet BrightDrop 400 and 600 are the alternative for our customers to improve their commercial performance, </span><em><span>reduce emissions and optimize their operational or delivery services</span></em><span> ,” said Adrián Enciso, Director of Electric Vehicles at GM Mexico.</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span>Both units, produced under GM&#8217;s Ultium battery platform at the CAMI assembly plant in Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada, </span><strong><span>will be available for purchase in Mexico during the first quarter of 2025</span></strong><span> .</span></p>
<p><span>It will be marketed under a fleet model through three </span><strong><span>distributors located in Monterrey, Mexico City and Guadalajara</span></strong><span> , who will also be responsible for after-sales service.</span></p>
