<p><a href="https://coca-colafemsa.com/"><span dir="auto">Coca-Cola FEMSA</span></a><span dir="auto"> recorded a solid performance in the fourth quarter of 2025 (4Q25), </span><strong><span dir="auto">obtaining </span></strong><strong><span dir="auto">revenues of 75.75 billion pesos (mdp)</span></strong><span dir="auto"> , which meant a growth of 2.9% compared to the same quarter of 2024, when they were 75.528 billion pesos</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span dir="auto">“The increase was driven primarily by our revenue management initiatives, partially offset by unfavorable mix and currency translation effects to Mexican pesos in most of our operating currencies. Excluding currency translation effects, total revenue increased 6%,” the bottler explained in its earnings report.</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span dir="auto">The company detailed that its  </span><strong><span dir="auto">gross profit</span></strong><span dir="auto">  was 36,321 million pesos in Q4 2025, an increase of 1.8% compared to the same period last year.</span></p>
<p><span dir="auto">Regarding  </span><strong><span dir="auto">operating profit</span></strong><span dir="auto"> , Coca-Cola FEMSA showed good performance during the period, reaching 13,702 million pesos, which represented an increase of 13.3 percent.</span></p>
<p><span dir="auto">In Q4 2025, its operating cash flow was 18,169 million pesos, a 12.8% increase compared to the same period in 2024.</span></p>
<p><strong><span dir="auto">The bottler reported a 1.3% increase in volume to 1.093 billion unit cases</span></strong><span dir="auto"> , &#8220;driven mainly by growth in most of our operations which was partially offset by a slight drop in volume from Mexico.&#8221;</span></p>

We finished the fourth quarter positively, with consolidated volumes growing and achieving the highest volume December in the company&#8217;s history for our four largest operations,” emphasized Ian Craig, CEO of Coca-Cola FEMSA</span></p></blockquote>
<h4><strong><span dir="auto">Cumulative 2025 and performance in Latin America</span></strong></h4>
<p><span dir="auto">Regarding </span><strong><span dir="auto">the </span></strong> <strong><span dir="auto">consolidated results for the entire year 2025</span></strong><span dir="auto"> , the company noted that its volume decreased by 1.8% to 4,150.4 million unit cases compared to 2024.</span></p>
<p><span dir="auto">Revenue increased 4.3% to 291,746 million pesos, while gross profit increased 3.4% to 133,176 million pesos compared to 2024. Meanwhile, operating profit also grew in 2025, reaching 42,937 million pesos, a 7% increase compared to 2024. EBITDA was 59,110 million pesos, a 5.2% increase over 2024.</span></p>

<p><span dir="auto">Regarding the results of its  </span><strong><span dir="auto">Mexico and Central America division (Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua)</span></strong><span dir="auto"> , Coca-Cola FEMSA specified that during Q4 2025 its revenues increased 1.6% year-on-year, while its gross profit registered an increase of 2.6% compared to the same period in 2024.</span></p>
<p><span dir="auto">In its  </span><strong><span dir="auto">South American division (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay)</span></strong><span dir="auto"> , the company pointed out that its revenues increased by 4.6%, and its gross profit grew by 0.6% in the cycle.</span></p>
