After the acquisition of Solistica by Grupo Traxión was closed on July 1 , the results for the third quarter of 2025 (3Q25) once again show positive territory , after a drop in results in 2Q25.
In 3Q25, Traxión announced that its consolidated results reached eight billion 623 million pesos (mdd), which translated into an increase of 14.5% compared to the same period in 2024, according to the report sent to the investment community.
“It’s important to mention that the integration of Solistica into our platform is 100% complete, and that our 100-day post-acquisition plan was successfully concluded, reinforcing operational and financial continuity, as well as the retention of talent and key customers,” Aby Lijtszain, co-founder and CEO of Traxión, told investors.
Meanwhile, growth is based, according to Lijtszain, “mainly due to a 51.1% increase in revenues from the logistics and technology segment , which were mostly driven by the integration of Solistica and which represented more than 45% of consolidated revenues, in line with the plan to grow our asset-light businesses .”
In contrast to the “Logistics and Technology” division’s reporting, the “Freight Mobility” division saw a 14.7% contraction compared to 3Q24, “mainly due to a temporary reduction in demand levels, particularly import and export volumes, from clients operating in sectors that have been affected by tariff uncertainty, with the most visible effects in the automotive and steel industries,” Traxión’s quarterly report states.
The argument for the contraction in the cargo segment is based on the uncertainty generated by tariff tensions in several countries, specifically in North America. “However, preliminary discussions to revise the USMCA began a few weeks ago, and there is a positive tone among governments, so we believe the adversity we have experienced in the last two quarters is temporary and we expect a period of normalization.”
Traxión reported that among the most significant news is that the leverage level remains stable even with the recent acquisition of Solistica, which, in its statement, further improves the profitability of this transaction.
BEHAVIOR BY SEGMENT
Reviewing the performance of the different divisions that comprise Traxión, the Logistics and Technology segment achieved revenues of 3.882 billion pesos in 3Q25, an increase of 51.1% compared to the comparison period, due to the impact generated by the acquisition of Solistica.

With this performance, this division now represents 45% of Traxión’s consolidated revenue. As a reference, in 2Q25, this segment reached 30.07%, trailing behind People Mobility.
In the case of People Mobility, it achieved revenues of 2,798 mpd in 3Q25 , an increase of 4.2% compared to 3Q24. During this period, this division contributed 32.45% of Traxion’s total revenues.
The Freight Mobility division totaled 1.943 billion pesos, the only segment to experience a decline of 14.7% compared to the same period in 3Q24. This segment thus represented 22.53% of total revenue.
