Ram ‘s new 2025 Heavy Duty line , manufactured in Mexico, features a series of technological and safety innovations to facilitate heavy work, and is expected to reach dealers in the first half of this year .
Manufactured in Saltillo, Coahuila, the new safety features of the new 2025 Ram 2500 include adaptive cruise control , forward collision alert , and front/reverse parking assist.
They also feature the 6.4-liter engine, with a power output of 405 horsepower (hp) and 429 pound-feet of torque, as well as an eight-speed transmission as standard equipment. Regarding the exterior design, the new line offers renewed grilles with a design specific to each trim level, and has an LED lighting system.
Among other features, it includes a lockable storage system for the bed, as well as new rims, while incandescent taillights are standard, the automotive manufacturer Stellantis detailed in a statement.
He added that inside, the new series of vehicles features a 12-inch touchscreen, a revamped lane keeping assistant, telescopic rearview mirrors and other innovations.
The new 2025 Ram Heavy Duty is part of Stellantis’ Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan , which seeks to lead mobility through innovative, clean and safe solutions, making reducing greenhouse gas emissions a central aspect of this plan.
In this regard, Stellantis aims to reduce its carbon footprint by 50% by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2038.
