Navistar reconoce a Directo Express por vinculación estratégica

Last March, the trade exchange between Mexico and the United States reached 27.76 billion dollars through the port of Laredo, the main gateway of trade between both countries, according to the United States Department of Commerce.

The March record, which combines exports and imports, represented an increase of 9.2%, demanding greater transportation infrastructure and reliable suppliers to support the supply chain for industries involved in both territories.

In this context, Grupo Directo Express (No. 14 in the Top 100 of Autotransporte®) maintains steady progress with its services both domestically, at border crossings, door-to-door, cross-docking, as well as various solutions for clients who heavily utilize foreign trade services.

To achieve this steady progress, Directo Express has configured a network of suppliers that contribute to the efficiency and productivity objectives required in commercial exchange activities with North America.

“Supply chains increasingly demand precision in services, which is why we are configuring services with modern infrastructure, committed collaborators, and a constant improvement vision to exceed the service standards requested,” commented Iago Cano, Commercial Manager at Grupo Directo Express.

In this path, Navistar has been a strategic partner for Grupo Directo Express, with whom they have built a commercial relationship of over 10 years, allowing them to maintain steady growth, currently boasting more than 300 units of the brand.

To celebrate this milestone, Navistar recently presented an acknowledgment to Directo Express, an event led by Mathias Carlbaum, CEO and President of Navistar; Rafael Alvarenga, President of Navistar Latin America; and Bernardo Valenzuela, President of Navistar Financial Mexico.

Similarly, Navistar Financial Mexico recently placed two billion pesos (MXN) in bond certificates, a strategy aimed at sustaining Navistar’s growth in the Mexican market.

As of the first quarter of 2024, Navistar has displaced two thousand three hundred sixty-five units, representing an increase of 46.44% compared to the same period in 2023.

Directo Express is a company that maintains a presence in Mexico, especially in Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Nuevo Laredo (Tamaulipas), as well as in the United States, in order to provide integrated services required by the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Grupo Directo Express is composed of a team of professionals with over 25 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries, providing the expertise to offer dedicated services in Mexico and the United States, door-to-door with its own equipment and exchange with the main transport lines of North America. Additionally, it has the most modern infrastructure to guarantee service excellence.
