As of July 17, the Carta Porte Complement (CCP) version 3.1 will be required , as announced by the Tax Administration Service (SAT) . The measure was announced a little more than two and a half months after the sanctions for errors or omissions in the issuance of the digital tax receipt over the Internet (CFDI) with CCP and ending the coexistence between versions 2.0 and 3.0 of the aforementioned complement.
With the update, the tax authority terminates the validity of CCP 3.0 that began on November 25, 2023 and will be completed on July 16, 2024, which means that there is, so far, no period of coexistence between both versions.
The new Version 3.1 of the CCP contains updates to the main technical documents:
- Waybill standard
- Waybill scheme
- Original string sequence
- Error Matrix
- Catalog outline
Some main changes in CCP 3.1 are the elimination of the Customs Regime field, as well as the incorporation of the Customs Regimes section, integrating the CCPCustoms Regime node and the Customs Regime field with additional validation.
The use of the Tariff Fraction field was modified from required to optional, eliminating its additional validation, and the description of the CveMaterialPeligroso and FolioImpoVUCEM fields was also updated.
The description of the GrossVehicularWeight field was updated, also incorporating the CCP Trailers node as a Container subnode, which contains two fields SubTipoRemCCP and PlacaCCP.
In the Printed Representation:
- The structure for the Customs Regimes node is added.
- Adjusts the structure of the CCP Trailers node within the Container node.
QR code:
- The total number of characters for prefixes is updated from 70 to 74.
- The structure of the URL for the validation of the CFDI Carta Porte is modified in the technical documentation, the & character is eliminated before the IdCCP text.
Regarding the catalogs, the changes were the following
- 7 keys were added to the c_NumAutorizacionNaviero catalog, for version 3.0 and 3.1 of Carta Porte.
- The value of the Hazardous Material column was modified for key 12352124 of the catalog c_ClaveProdServCP, for versions 3.0 and 3.1 of Carta Porte.
- Added 64 keys to the c_MaterialDangerous catalog.
- Removed 3 keys from the c_MaterialPeligroso catalog in the Excel file, only for version 3.1 of
- Door Card.
- Key 3316.
- Key 3492.
- Key 3493.
