
Amidst art pieces and conversations about performance reviews, market share and profitability, the PACCAR Mexico network first toured the rooms of the Soumaya Museum.
Art served as the backdrop before the discussion of figures. Later, the cocktail reception allowed executives to exchange impressions about a demanding year; dinner concluded the prelude to the awards ceremony.
The biggest distinction came at the end, as it should. Kenworth DAF Trucks of Monterrey was named Dealer of the Year 2025 , an award that cannot be explained by a single indicator, but by the disciplined sum of all of them: sustained profitability, consistent commercial execution, rigorous financial control, and well-structured investment plans.
During the ceremony, it was explained that this award is given based on “comprehensive performance, a solid and disciplined approach to business, smart and well-established investment plans, meticulous attention to detail, and constant monitoring of financial indicators that guarantee operational excellence,” according to Alejandro Novoa, CEO of PACCAR Mexico.
The shortlist for Dealer of the Year 2025 consisted of:
- Kenworth DAF of the Center .
- Kenworth DAF tractor trucks from Monterrey (winner).
- Kenworth DAF of the South .
“This is a recognition of the entire team at Kenworth Trucks of Monterrey. In a challenging year, we have dedicated ourselves to continuing to train our staff, investing in spare parts, tools, workshops, and facilities to continue serving the transportation industry,” said Óscar Didier Gil Garagarza, president of the Board of Directors of Kenworth DAF Trucks of Monterrey, in an interview with T21.
A leadership that is built in layers
Before the main recognition, the network broke down the 2025 results into three blocks that reflect the structure of the business.
First, the historical records: dealerships that surpassed their own highs in sales of spare parts, labor and Class 8 units, confirming that leadership is also measured in operational consistency.
Beyond the main recognition, the ceremony broke down the network’s performance on each strategic front of the business , highlighting the operational depth achieved in 2025.
The network also celebrated the dealerships that achieved profitability in all their business areas during 2025:
- Kenworth DAF of the South.
- Kenworth DAF East .
- Kenworth DAF Jalisco .
- Kenworth DAF tractor trucks from Monterrey.
- Northwest Kenworth DAF .
- Kenworth DAF Bajío.
Likewise, recognition was given to those who surpassed their own historical highs in the sale of spare parts, labor and unit sales.
Monterrey closed the evening as a comprehensive benchmark, but the narrative was collective: the network’s leadership doesn’t rest on a single result, but rather on the coherence between strategy, financial discipline, and commercial execution. That, precisely, is where the top is defined.
