With more than 25 years in the market, Kenworth DAF Metropolitanos (Kenworth DAF Metro) , as a PACCAR Mexico distributor for the Valley of Mexico region and the center of the country, has maintained constant development and that has led it to obtain various recognitions. , such as having obtained the “Dealer of the Year” on three occasions, the most recent corresponding to 2023.
In this context, last Tuesday, June 25, KW DAF Metro received at its facilities a delegation led by Mike Dozier, vice president of PACCAR Inc. , as well as Alejandro Novoa, general director of PACCAR Mexico; Juan Leonardo Fiorentini, Deputy Commercial General Director; Luis Reyes Commercial Director; and Tonathiu Venegas, Sales Director.
“The objective of the visit was to verify the progress we have made at Kenworth DAF Metropolitanos, the service-oriented infrastructure that we have developed, and to see the commitment of the collaborators who always seek customer satisfaction,” said Fabrizio Bartolini, general director. of Kenworth DAF Metropolitans.
The visit focused on its headquarters located in Cuamatla (Cuautitlán Izcalli), where there is a 64-bay service workshop, as well as a central spare parts warehouse that is focused on making logistics more efficient for the parts, both for service at own facilities, as well as with deliveries to customers.
During the visit, the management body of KW DAF Metro was able to present to the directors of PACCAR Inc. and PACCAR México the new projects they have, such as the opening of a service workshop in the Acolman area (State of Mexico) in the next quarter.
Another project that they will develop in the second half of 2024 is to have a state-of-the-art body shop with double the capacity of the current one and a new functional yard for the operation of new units.
In addition to its headquarters, Kenwoth DAF Metro has an area of influence in the Valley of Mexico and the central area of the country, with a presence in the sale of units, spare parts and service in Cuamatla (Cuautitlán Izcalli), Coacalco, Ceylán, Acolman and Cayetano ( Iztapalapa).
