To address sustainable mobility and comply with the regulatory change required by NOM-044, which states that starting January 1, only vehicles with Euro VI/EPA10 technology can be sold, Isuzu Motors de México announced the launch of its new ELF 350 .
“This is a solution that combines the comfort of a spacious cabin and the efficiency of an engine designed to maximize performance and adapt to the needs of urban transport,” the company said.
The new ELF 350 Euro VI is adapted to the needs of moving high-volume, low-weight goods in metropolitan areas and historic centres throughout the country due to its features.
The automaker explained that with this model Isuzu takes a step forward in the transformation of transport towards a more sustainable one, “the ELF 350 redefines our environmental commitment with the incorporation of Euro VI technology, which significantly reduces polluting emissions. Its design is conceived to optimize urban transport, taking care of both the planet and the economy of its users,” the automaker said.
Among the main features of the new ELF 350 Euro VI is its new 4-cylinder, 148 HP diesel engine that is more efficient , and has a displacement of 3 liters and a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 5.8 tons. It has a 6-speed manual transmission and can be adapted to three different chassis lengths. In addition, it has the option of being equipped with air conditioning, an airbag and a reversing camera.
