
Isuzu Motors de México was recognized with the international “Triple Star” award , a distinction given by Isuzu Motors Limited to subsidiaries that stand out for high standards in service quality, customer support and network management , according to a company statement.
The award was presented during the global after-sales ceremony held in Yokohama, Japan , where Yoshihiko Watanabe , CEO of Isuzu Motors of Mexico, received the award on behalf of the national team.
The award evaluates the operational performance, continuous improvement, and strategic leadership of each participating country.
In addition, the Mexican subsidiary had a prominent participation in the Isuzu I1-Grand Prix International 2025 , a competition that brings together service specialists from more than 35 countries.
The representatives from Mexico showed technical “precision and mastery” during the practical tests, positioning the national network among the most competitive globally, according to the statement.
Both awards highlight Isuzu’s commitment to technical training and after-sales service .
