In his message, he pledged to continue working for the interests of the sector and for the consolidation of the organization.
In addition to Rosales’ ratification, the members of the Board of Governors for the 2025-2026 period were confirmed . Among them are Javier Abella Zendejas, Samir Mansur Nuñez, and Gil Sverdlin Florman as associate distributors. Pedro Zorrilla Velasco as independent director, and Alejandro Rivera Bretón as president of the Truck Committee.
Also Víctor Manuel Mena Meneses as president of the State Associations Committee, Juan Manuel Arriaga Albarrán as Treasurer, Rafael Lecumberri Sardina as secretary and Alfonso Lebrija Guiot as Owner Commissioner.
During the meeting, amendments to AMDA’s bylaws were also approved , with the aim of modernizing its operations and better responding to the needs of its members.
One of the other changes was to reduce the number of members in the Assembly of Associates , currently represented by more than a thousand individual distributors.
