As part of its foray into new territories and the marketing of Mercedes Benz Bus units, Difrenosa delivered 10 buses to Grupo Pequeña , a renowned company and pioneer in the personnel transportation sector in the Comarca Lagunera.
Difrenosa delivered 10 Mercedes-Benz MB0 1421/60 buses for personnel transportation to Grupo Pequeña, founded approximately 30 years ago, which has gained relevance in the personnel and tourism transportation service, with units equipped with GPS monitoring to guarantee safety and efficiency on each trip.
With 30 years of experience in the market, Grupo Pequeña today serves various companies in the Comarca Lagunera region with personnel movements, but also with operations with companies in Zacatecas, Durango capital and even in Nuevo León, said Martín Quiñones, general director of the company.
To support the operation of the acquired fleet as well as the buses owned by Grupo Pequeña, Grupo Difrenosa has made investments in the area, which is why it now has two agencies in the city of Torreón, Coahuila; and one more in Gómez Palacio, Durango, “with this we increase the service capacity in Laguna by 40%,” said Mauricio Ivo Díaz, Operations Manager of Difrenosa.
In addition to the above, there is an inventory of necessary spare parts, not only at Difrenosa facilities, but also through various schemes such as Inhouse Parts, which is the installation of a spare parts store with customers, it is not a consignment, added Mauricio Ivo Díaz.
To maintain the units’ operating levels, Difrenosa makes a comprehensive proposal between technical training, support and after-sales, “the plans are made together with the clients, the spare parts, service and units areas; from there, commitments are made and they are printed in a minute, which generates more value for the company,” said Rosendo Ramos Garza, Commercial Manager of Coahuila for Difrenosa.
Grupo Pequeña has an average of acquisitions of 40 to 50 units for renovation and growth , and that can meet the service standards it has with its clients, although the company is in a process of expanding territories and clients, for which reason acquisitions could increase.
