Attracting new investments and reinvestments generated by trade ties with the United States requires professional services that can complement the arrival of these new plants, where logistics and transportation is one of the strategic sectors.

In this dynamic, Auto Transportadora Génesis, a company that is part of Grupo Amalgama, acquired 22 tractor-trailers that are aimed at expanding the infrastructure with which they serve the market, as well as a crane to improve and increase the storage capacity of maritime containers in Monterrey.
“The infrastructure is complemented by our new customer service model and control tower, where the mission is to guarantee an optimal level of service for our clients,” explained Enrique Ávalos, Director of Operations.
One element that stands out about Auto Transportadora Génesis is the development of human capital over 30 years, where they have collaborators who serve various business areas.
To serve strategic positions, Auto Transportadora Génesis has an operator school that seeks to meet the growth needs of operations, but also to generate profiles in accordance with the service levels demanded by customers.
Another crucial element that is focused on with Génesis is the preventive maintenance of the units, “the objective is to ensure the quality and delivery of our clients’ cargo ,” added Samuel Medina, Security Manager.
With all these actions, the Auto Transportadora Génesis route is oriented towards the growth of regional routes to serve all the regions that are growing in their industrial capacity , “with this we are reinforcing our leadership,” added Enrique Avalos.
Genesis has a diversified portfolio of services such as container transport, hazardous materials, national services, crossborder, merchandise warehousing and container storage and handling.
The main industries served are automotive, chemical, petrochemical, food and recycling, some of which are being boosted by new nearshoring investments.
