Francisco Fabila is a man who has committed to growing the activities and freight service on the railroad tracks in Mexico and from different trenches, the same ones that have recently taken him to a peak where he will be able to contribute more to this sector.
Since 2020, it has joined the ranks of Ferrocarril y Terminal del Valle de México, better known as Ferrovalle, a strategic logistics enclave for Mexico City and its surroundings.
From there, merchandise is received or sent to literally all over the country. But Fabila’s vision has been to cross borders and also encourage connections with the United States and Canada, Mexico’s two largest trading partners.
At any conference or public event, he makes his vision evident, but also his affection for the work done . “Proud to be part of the extraordinary team that for 26 years has managed to position itself as the most important logistics hub in Mexico , acting as a driver of growth and development of new opportunities .”
In the past, he has also held strategic positions in different companies or private organizations related to the Mexican railroad. He was in Corporate Affairs at Kansas City Southern, a company that merged in 2023 with Canadian Pacific, creating Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) .
He was also president of the Government Affairs Commission of the Mexican Railway Association (AMF) , vice president of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico and is a member of the Council of the International Chamber of Commerce of Mexico .
