The industrial park developer, FINSA , announced that it has begun the development of its fifth industrial park in Nuevo León , which will have an area of 79 hectares and will be carried out in two phases on recently acquired land.
The industrial real estate company explained in a press release that the new development, called FINSA Monterrey Apodaca II , will be part of the generation of sustainable industrial parks, strategically located in one of the main industrial corridors in the region, noted for its high industrial demand. abundant labor, public transportation and efficient road connectivity to the United States with direct access to Laredo, Texas, and the center of the country.
The infrastructure of the new development contemplates the application of circular economies that contribute to sustainable development, such as the installation of treatment plants for water reuse and the installation of solar panels to serve the common areas of the industrial park, in addition to ensure the energy supply with a 20 Mvas electrical substation.
FINSA estimates that the park will be able to house 20 companies from various industries that could generate 35 thousand direct and indirect jobs, contributing significantly to the economic dynamism of the region.

Currently, within the four FINSA industrial parks in Nuevo León – FINSA Guadalupe, FINSA Monterrey Apodaca, FINSA Santa Catarina and FINSA Santa Catarina II -, 94 companies operate that generate around 31 thousand jobs and serve strategic sectors, such as Automotive, Electronics, Metalworking, Storage and Logistics.
At the national level, FINSA has developed more than 12 million square meters in 24 industrial parks and 3.7 million square meters managed and leased, in addition to fiber being a pioneer in the development of a green portfolio and sustainable buildings, which represent 17% of the national total of LEED certified industrial buildings in Mexico.
