The infrastructure of the new development contemplates the application of circular economies that contribute to sustainable development, such as the installation of treatment plants for water reuse and the installation of solar panels to serve the common areas of the industrial park, in addition to ensure the energy supply with a 20 Mvas electrical substation.

FINSA estimates that the park will be able to house 20 companies from various industries that could generate 35 thousand direct and indirect jobs, contributing significantly to the economic dynamism of the region.

“We are very excited to start this new project in Nuevo León, which responds to market demand and the interest in Mexico. Nearshoring continues to be a key driver for the Mexican industrial sector, and we are ready to take advantage of this opportunity by creating sustainable spaces with the appropriate infrastructure.
