Grupo México Transportes (GMXT) reported that since this Wednesday morning there was a blockage on the road in Puente Colorado, Acultzingo district (KM SC-267) for reasons unrelated to the railway operation, which remains in force, so it carried out the corresponding complaint.
“Our legal area has made the corresponding complaint for the obstruction of the federal communication channel, while our Government Relations team is carrying out negotiations with the federal, state and municipal authorities to request the withdrawal of the protesters and achieve the prompt release of the track,” the railway company detailed in a statement.
Likewise, he regretted the effects caused by this blockade unrelated to the operation and assured that he will continue to report on this situation.
According to the Railway Transport Regulatory Agency (ARTF) in the accumulated January-April 2024, in the reports of blockages there was an increase of 33.3% , while in hours of blocked track there was a decrease of 44.1%, as well like a 50% drop in the days when this type of situation occurred.
