Through agreements with universities and technical institutions, thousands of young people have been trained in areas such as automation, electronics, and mechanical engineering, strengthening the border region’s industrial ecosystem.
“The Ciudad Juárez plant is a strategic manufacturing center for Cummins, as well as a laboratory for innovation, talent, and sustainable growth. Its contribution has been and continues to be fundamental to the technological development of our products worldwide,” highlighted Gaspar Aguilar, Cummins Latin America Leader.

Cummins Juárez also maintains a strong commitment to the community through three key areas: equity, education, and the environment . In collaboration with local organizations such as the Food Bank, Casa del Migrante, Sentidos Artísticos, and the Rotary Club of the Industrial Region, the plant supports projects that aim to improve the environment and foster more prosperous and sustainable development.
“We will continue to grow, innovate and generate opportunities for the region with a responsible vision and to improve the quality of life of our people,” said Ignacio Rodríguez, Cummins Juárez Leader.
