
Tire company Bridgestone introduced its new Bandag retreading tread: the BRMS3 , which is designed for mixed use in all positions, and provides high performance and channel protection on short and medium routes.
In a statement, the company indicated that this new product offers increased performance, channel protection, and superior durability. Thanks to its robust design and advanced technologies, the BRMS3 guarantees excellent performance in adverse climates and uneven terrain .
The BRMS3’s features include a rounded shoulder to reduce lateral stress and prevent premature wear; stone ejectors to protect the casing and facilitate retreading; wide grooves for water and mud expulsion; and a zigzag pattern for improved traction.
“Our commitment is to innovation and excellence, which is why we can offer products like the new BRMS3 tread, which not only exceeds our customers’ expectations but also sets new standards in performance and durability,” said Orlando González, senior commercial category manager for Bridgestone Latin America North.
Additionally, the company noted, the new Bandag retreaded belt enables fleets to reduce operating costs , increase fuel efficiency and extend casing life, contributing to environmental sustainability.
This launch is part of the Bridgestone E8 Commitment , a company initiative that promotes eight values (Energy, Ecology, Efficiency, Extension, Economy, Ease, Empowerment) to build a more sustainable society together with employees, partners and customers.
