
The Agency for Trains and Integrated Public Transportation (ATTRAPI) declared the tender for the construction and design of the Derramadero, Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe and García stations of the Saltillo–Nuevo Laredo passenger train void.
According to the competition’s ruling, the agency stated that of the six bids it received, none met all the requested technical and economic requirements.
It is worth remembering that for this tender, the consortium formed by Comsa Infraestructuras , VISE, COMSA and Regiomontana de Construcción y Servicios submitted offers for two billion 567 million 432 thousand 059.57 pesos.
Meanwhile, the offer from Constructora de Proyectos Viales de México, Obrascon Huarte Lain (OHL) and Caabsa Constructora , was two billion 963 million 635 thousand 333.05 pesos.
The consortium formed by Gami Ingeniería e Instalaciones , Construcciones Urales and Azvi , registered a proposal of two billion 695 million 483 thousand 218.84 pesos.
Meanwhile , ICA Constructora , ICA Constructora de Infraestructura, Construcciones y Trituraciones, Controladora de Operaciones de Infraestructura and Desarrolladora de Infraestructura Puerto Escondido, submitted a bid of three billion 683 million 547 thousand 117.42 pesos.
Impulsora de Desarrollo Integral , Jaguar Ingenieros Constructores , Proacon México, Aldesa Construcciones, Coalvi, Construcciones Aldesem, Aldesa Construcciones Polska and China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation , registered an offer for three billion 54 million 313 thousand 149.27 pesos.
The lowest offer was the one presented by Ingeniería y Desarrollo Inmobiliario de México , China Gezhouba Group Company Limited Mexico and Constructora e Inmobiliaria, with two billion 400 million 787 thousand 143.77 pesos.
The plan included the engineering development and execution of the comprehensive executive project for the construction of the aforementioned stations, platforms and tracks in the laredos, layout, earthworks, complementary studies, among others, in accordance with the tender.
