Samsara , the pioneer of the Connected Operations Platform, highlighted its growing impact on the construction sector, offering artificial intelligence (AI) -based solutions that help optimize operations, improve safety, and reduce costs, according to a press release from the company.
The firm has positioned itself as a key partner for thousands of construction companies that have standardized their processes using Samsara’s tools.
According to the company’s fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 financial results, the construction industry drove the company’s highest net annual contract value (ACV) addition for six consecutive quarters.
This trend is a result of improvements in three key areas : jobsite safety , asset visibility and fuel efficiency .
Advances in AI technology have led to a significant decrease in accidents both on the road and at worksites. By advising workers on safe driving habits and exonerating them from accidents in which they are not at fault, Samsara has improved overall safety.

Samsara also reported that it has improved equipment tracking through discreet and durable tracking devices , such as the Asset Tracker, enabling its customers to recover stolen or lost assets and reduce costs associated with equipment replacement.
This system has proven effective for companies like Cable East , which recovered $2.5 million in assets thanks to the enhanced visibility provided by Samsara’s technology, the press release noted.
Reduction of fuel costs
Another key benefit was improved fuel efficiency . By promoting more responsible driving habits and eliminating unnecessary idling, fleets have achieved significant savings.
Eric Thiessen, transportation manager at Emery Sapp & Sons , noted that his company experienced a 25% decrease in liability accidents and a 40% reduction in incidents reported to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) .
Samsara’s AI technology has proven to be key for companies in the construction sector.
