Volkswagen Truck & Bus Mexico held the graduation ceremony for the first generation of students in the Formare program , an initiative promoted by the Iochpe Foundation and focused on the vocational training of young people in conditions of socioeconomic vulnerability .
The closing ceremony was attended by various stakeholders involved in the project’s development: students’ families, volunteer teachers, and the Technological University of San Luis Potosí , which was responsible for the curriculum design.
Each of them collaborated in the design and implementation of an educational model oriented to the needs of the labor market .
During the event, the work of the company’s employees who served as instructors was highlighted, as well as the role of the Technological University of San Luis Potosí in curriculum design.
The Iochpe Foundation supported each phase of the process to ensure the quality of the training experience.
The company framed this initiative within its sustainability strategy , noting that it seeks to contribute to the development of young talent and the creation of professional development opportunities.
