With a business relationship spanning more than three decades, Fruehauf and Transportes Marva have strengthened their partnership with a new order that includes the addition of 1,000 dry van units throughout 2025. The first delivery consisted of 200 units, including 40- and 53-foot units.
“We recently decided to choose Fruehauf again to acquire these units, and we hope to continue to do so,” said Jan Von Feilitzen, Commercial Director of Grupo Marva.
The delivered units include 40-foot dry vans made with composite panels, Hendrickson Intraax air suspension , HXL5 system, Jost skids, and Canadian maple flooring. These units are part of the “Dry Van 2.0” line, which offers a five-year warranty on its structural components and complies with Mexican (NOM), U.S. (DOT), and Canadian (CTA) safety standards.
The second part of the delivery included 53-foot units, divided into three models: Fleet Flyer, Fleet Rider, and Fleet Van. These variants include specifications such as sliding air suspension , 25,000-pound axles, aerodynamic skirts, and cargo restraint systems such as Surelok and Posilok.
The units were acquired under a special agreement for members of the National Chamber of Cargo Transportation (Canacar) .
“It’s an honor that such a prominent fleet as Transportes Marva has once again trusted Fruehauf for this project. We’ve always sought total customer satisfaction, with the sole purpose of offering excellent service and unsurpassed quality units,” added Rodrigo Arcos, Fruehauf’s Commercial Director.
This alliance includes, in addition to the delivery of equipment, comprehensive services through spare parts and certified workshops, thereby strengthening the two companies’ long-term strategic relationship.
