Samsara has introduced an artificial intelligence (AI) -based solution designed to transform frontline operations. Called “Samsara Intelligence,” this system integrates the world’s largest data set of connected operations with advanced AI technologies.
The company reported in a press release that the tool promises to increase security, efficiency and decision-making in operational teams.
Additionally, Samsara Intelligence leverages the world’s largest connected operations data set, processing more than 70 billion miles traveled, 265 million digitized workflows, and 10 trillion data points each year.
This foundation enables training of adaptable AI models , capable of automating tasks, offering personalized recommendations, and generating key information to address specific challenges.
“Samsara Intelligence combines AI with unprecedented scale of data and brings it to the people who do the heavy lifting that powers the world,” said Kiren Sekar, Chief Product Officer at Samsara.
The proposal includes two main solutions:
- Samsara Assistant : A generative AI tool that responds instantly to operational queries. From identifying vehicles with critical faults to highlighting drivers with the best safety scores, the assistant aims to simplify management and increase productivity.
- Intelligent Experiences : This capability integrates visual data, sensors, and diagnostics across the Samsara platform. Capabilities include photo-based risk identification, positive recognition of top employees, and automated creation of custom training courses.
Samsara is now available in beta on a global level, marking the beginning of a new era in AI-driven operational optimization.
