CM Logistics , a freight forwarder firm specialized in the movement of plastic and its manufacturing, is expanding in Mexico, since this month it will inaugurate a presence in Guadalajara and Monterrey, and it also aims to reach more countries in Latin America.
Eduardo Mendoza, general director of the company, commented in an interview with T21 that through these actions they hope to register a growth of 200 percent this year.
“We are very interested in Latin America, it has its challenges in particular, but we believe that it is a market that must be promoted and in the coming years we will develop it,” he said.
With eight years in the market, CM Logistics has greater maritime movement, but also carries air cargo, through these modes it transports plastic , from its waste to the finished product , but also machinery, marble, coatings and lighting, among others.
Although it ships to other countries, Latin America is the largest market for plastic exports, since “we specialize in the issue of raw materials and manufacturing.”
Mendoza specified that the company belongs to DP World’s Digital Freight Alliance , founded by the government of the United Arab Emirates, with which they have achieved good feedback and market expansion.
“With this we have been able to expand our markets, not only in imports where we can bring goods from any part of the world but also in exports, I can reach any country, even the most difficult ones and that has led us to innovate in trade. abroad and in the entire logistics field,” he noted.
He mentioned that this alliance has allowed them to have access to technology such as blockchain , with which they have visibility of the cargo in real time, “I know that several manage it, but we have innovated in logistics, we try to be very smart logistics . ”
