Estafeta, a Mexican logistics integrator, announced that Mauricio Salvatori Mier has been appointed as its new National Director of Operations.
A press release from the company detailed that the executive has a distinguished career and knowledge of the logistics sector. He takes on the strategic direction in the company with the aim of strengthening its position in the market.
The company indicated that with this change, it expects to achieve new levels of operational efficiency.
“I am excited to take on this new challenge to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction at Estafeta. I am confident that together with the talented team that accompanies me, we will continue to strengthen our performance to effectively respond to the dynamics of the current market,” he stated.
Mauricio Salvatori Mier holds a degree in electronics and digital systems engineering from the University of the Americas, Puebla, has a Diploma in Senior Management from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, and has completed the Executive Development Program at IPADE.
Previously, he served as District Director and Supply Chain Director at Estafeta. “He has demonstrated a high vision of logistics services, significantly contributing to the growth and consolidation of the company,” the company stated in the press release.
In its infrastructure, Estafeta has 13,000 employees, four hubs, 128 operational centers, 6,000 land vehicles, six Boeing 737-400 aircraft, and 2,500 customer contact points throughout the country.
